Welcome to the Bibb v. Monsanto Company, et al., class action settlement website.  This website is designed to provide important information for members of the Property Class and Medical Monitoring Class in this case. This website permits Class Members who are interested in participating in the Settlement to sign-up to receive registration material from the Settlement Plan Administrator. On February 24, 2012, the Court presiding over this lawsuit preliminarily approved of a settlement for persons who own property within a certain geographic area in Putnam and Kanawha Counties, West Virginia known as the "Class Area" as of September 30, 2010 (the “Property Class”).  The settlement establishes a Property Program and Fund that provides eligible members of the Property Class with the right to have the interiors of their residences cleaned, subject to the terms and conditions of the Property Class Settlement Agreement.  Please click here to review the Property Class Notice.

On February 24, 2012, the Court presiding over this lawsuit  preliminarily approved a settlement for persons who worked full time, attended school full time, or lived within a certain geographic area in Putnam and Kanawha Counties, West Virginia known as the "Class Area" between January 1, 1948 to September 30, 2010 (the "Medical Monitoring Class"). The settlement establishes a Medical Monitoring Program that will provide those members of the Medical Monitoring Class who meet specific eligibility criteria, with certain free medical tests and examinations, subject to the terms and conditions of the Medical Monitoring Class Settlement Agreement. Under the Settlement Agreement, not all members of the Medical Monitoring Class will qualify for the free medical tests and examinations. The Court still has to decide whether to issue final approval of the Settlement. The Programs offered under the Settlement will only be provided if the Court approves the Settlement.
